All estimates are provided in good faith based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered, including but not limited to hidden hazards, inaccessible work areas, underground utilities, or additional work requested by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for 48 hours.

3. Scheduling & Services

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Service dates may change due to weather, equipment issues, emergency work, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Uproot Tree Care reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary.

Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area and disclose any known hazards, including irrigation systems, underground utilities, septic systems, invisible fencing, or other property features that could be affected by our work.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law.

5. Website Use
